The site footer needs try to match the UNCC standard. If not, maybe we can strike a compromise with good look-a-like, linking back to UNCC and their web legal stuff.

Basic structure is there. Need to modify some of the formatting and social/accessibility icons to more closely match the school's standard

Additional work on the footer with a basic toggle. Still needs some more formatting to make it a near identical match
