Added missing using to NewsArticle #4

File uses JsonPropertyAttribute but doesn't include Newtonsoft.Json. This adds it in.

As a side note, this project isn't updated on Nuget either. Should I make an issue for it?

I'm currently developing a game with a team, and also in a games design college course which doesn't leave me a whole lot of time. I'll update it ASAP.
