Plots of verification metrics straight out of the NetCDF files (such as p0) have the wrong units when plotted (e.g. verif -m p0).

A few strategies:

Make COMPS output the units into the NetCDF verif files for each metric. This would be in a "units" attribute.
Try to figure the units out inside the verification package.
