Problem

At the moment we don't mention what version of Python we are using. Since we don't have docker setup we should clarify which version of Pyhton we are running.

Success

Have the Python version mentioned in the README.

Requirements

[ ] Mention which version of python we are running, we should go with the latest version for now.
