Iframe/embed videos can defy ORR rules in certain cases #2798

Videos for vietnam collections (which play through an iframe route on AAPB) seem to ignore ORR rules by showing video when the user is not onsite at GBH. The embed code on AAPB likely has some sort of gap in its logic that is causing this problem.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
