Create script to move Assets from George Blood batch folders to top level

Because

We want to be able to move a bunch of media from many folders (in this case folders uploaded by George Blood team) to a common destination (the top level of the workspace, where production media lives), but the Sony Ci web interface lacks the ability to do this.

Background

From meeting with @ekemeyer, @rfraimow, @mivillesvik, and @afred on 2024-04-24 we decided to adopt a workflow where Miranda can use a script to:

• move batches of media files from multiple nested folders within a parent folder, and into a common destination within the same workspace.
• verify that a folder and its subfolders contains no media. This serves as one check before deleting the directory as part of the agreed upon workflow.

Done when

• Script moves George Blood media files out of the given George Blood batch folders into the top-level of the AAPB workspace.
• Script accurately tells you when there are no media files in the given George Blood batch folder, indicating it can be deleted in full.

Instead of asking SonyCi to identify files by media type across multiple nested folders, the new strategy to test will be to use a list of GUIDs provided by Miranda - which we can point to and ask SonyCi to locate and move.
