WIPR - Doubled physical instantiations and wrongly attached digital instantiations #874

Details

I had mentioned this a while back, but maybe now it's a good time to investigate this further and see if we can fix it. Some WIPR records have doubled physical instantiations for some reason and some have not only the correct digital instantiation, but a random unrelated digital instantiation attached to them. I'll send some screenshots! is there a way to fix these? I figured I would export some digital instantiation and physical instantiations reports to see if I can create a good list of these situations (going to do that today).

From Caroline: Example of instance that has doubled instantiations: https://ams2.wgbh-mla.org/concern/asset_resources/cpb-aacip-7d482b7cd6b

Random betacam record attached: https://ams2.wgbh-mla.org/concern/asset_resources/cpb-aacip-49b5533d8c3 Which shows up as two contributing orgs in AAPB: https://americanarchive.org/catalog/cpb-aacip-49b5533d8c3

More from Caroline: "I would say the extra random physical instantiations listed on the second tab are the most important to address since they show up on the AAPB linking WIPR records to other organizations"
