BUG: Removing Level of User Access from one record (error) #888

Hello! I recently re-linked all POV records with their SonyCi ids and I found one record that wasn't digitized but has the LUA annotation. No rush on this, but can this be removed from it? GUID: cpb-aacip-efc69074ade
