UI - Remove music notes and 00 timecode from playlist items #179

Describe the bug A timecode of zero appears with music notes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://avalon.wgbh.org/playlists/6
  2. View the playlist to the left.

Expected behavior Remove the music notes and the zereoed out timecode.
