BUG: Fix empty Contribution Data #200

Because

As a result of #579, we have empty Contribution records in our data.

Done when

  1. Empty Contributions are identified.
  2. Empty Contributions are removed from the Asset (i.e. removed from Asset#ordered_members and resaved).
  3. Empty Contribution records are destroyed.
  4. Assets that formerly had empty Contributions are re-pushed to AAPB.

omg... half the time I create new tix in Zenhub, I create it in the wrong repository. Such is the case here. Moving to the proper repo.
