Avalon ingest page should list ingests in chronological order #210

Describe the bug

The ingest page in Avalon shows ingests out of order and it's hard to read at a glance.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://avalon.wgbh.org/mars_ingests
  2. Look at the listing of ingests.
  3. Notice they aren't in order.
  4. Think to yourself, "That's weird."

Done When

The ingests appear in the order in which they were ingested and the numbers go from 1 to X in the correct order.

this has been done on demo for a bit, pushing to production now
