OV points to AAPB records, and everything is happy in AMS2

- [x] Henry pulls list of OV collection tags with their OV IDs
- [x] Combine the list with known linked items list (Peter)
- [ ] Compare and figure out what AAPB GUIDs they go with, create final list
- [ ] Update annotation type to allow Open Vault ID (Drew)
- [ ] Update annotations on AMS2 (Drew/etc.)
- [ ] Push to AAPB
### Additional Things
- [ ] OV media needs to get renamed and put into SonyCi
- [ ] OV clip-only collections (Say Brother, New Television Workshop) will need new records in AAPB
- [ ] OV items that are part of playlists need to be identified
- [ ] Playlist tags have to be added to annotations
- [ ] remove "Outside URL" annotations that point to OV
- [ ] all OV items with transcripts need their transcripts renamed and moved to AAPB transcript bucket (all transcripts have been corrected)
