Creator, Contributor, Publisher #42

I get a little worried when a creatorType can be "creator", a contributorType can be "contributor", and where types like "Producer" appear under both the "Contributor" and "Creator" fields. I wonder if there should be an all-encompassing "contributor" field encompassing most of the types listed. Additionally, I would vote for creating instantiationContributor and instantiationContributorType fields, since often parts of an asset have been worked on by different people. This could potentially reduce the drop-down list.

Was just going to submit a ticket about this, also think it needs reviewing. I agree with Marcos' points above, and making instantiationContributor and instantiationContributorType as optional fields.

It might be useful to, if adding instantiationContributor and type, to parse out existing recommended vocabs, distinguishing from the asset-level Contributor.
