Add new element for chroma subsampling #66

Chroma subsampling is an important video characteristic, that is often captured as metadata. Currently, extensions are required to express this.

Suggest adding this element to essenceTracks as follows:

//pbcoreInstantiation/instantiationEssenceTrack/essenceTrackChromasubsampling

+1 Documentation group could also recommend fields in FFprobe and Mediainfo outputs in the guidelines for the new schema for those who are unfamiliar.

Agreed! We very much need a field to capture this. Good suggestion.
