Reproducibility: NA12878 Dataset #15

Hi,

We were attempting to calculate model metrics using the NA12878 dataset as mentioned in https://github.com/WGLab/DeepMod/blob/master/docs/Reproducibility.md

Is there any script available for performance evaluation for this dataset like for the E. coli dataset? Otherwise, what script did you use for bisulfite data to evaluate the performance of your model on NA12878?

Hi @cednotsed , I will upload a script for this purpose, after removing hard-code environmental setting my current script.
