Hello teacher, what should I do if there are too many methylation sites detected? Tens of thousands of sites have been detected on each chromosome.Thanks teacher

@chenchen-eng Thanks for being interested in DeepMod. It depends on your genomes. If you want to have more reliable methylation sites, you can use a threshold of methylation percentage to have a smaller subset but more confident modification sites.
