Is NanoMod actively maintained? #30

Hi developers,

I am interested in using NanoMod, however, seems that the last commit was made 3 years ago. I am wondering if NanoMode is still being maintained? For example, does it support pod5 as input as it is the standard format used by Nanopore now. Thanks!

@hukai916 Thank you for being interested in our tool. NanoMod does not support pod5 and was previously tested on older ONT basecaller Albacore.

Is there a plan to add support for pod5 and newer chemistries? We currently have pod5 data, do you suggest we convert pod5 to fast5 in order to use NanoMod? Ty,
