Hi there,

I am trying to execute normalize_affy_geno_cluster.pl to generate LRR/BAF data and coming across the following errors:

Error: expect to read B allele after reading A allele for AFFX-NP-11078525-A, but instead read AFFX-NP-11078526-A at ./normalize_affy_geno_cluster.pl line 72, line 13325.

I wonder if you have this issue before? Thanks in advance!
