Update KB #1

Hi, let's move the discussion of updating the KB here for traceability.

We would work on this at some point, but there is more documentation required. Would it be possible to include such documentation in this repository? Then we could split the job of slowly tackling each item from the list.

I worry about the HPO versioning with respect to the other annotations, we should be careful there.

Sounds good. We have outdated HPO terms as part of the KB. Perhaps you can elaborate on your specific issues?
