Added NIH federal reporter data to results page
Added advanced Google Scholar literature search (cool idea that can potentially be used to search linked disease). Gets good results (returns @kaichop's actual last author paper for the notes with ORs removed as intended).
Added linked disease search that gets pretty solid results with test data.
