Adding some installation instructions #10

I added links to (bio)conda for installing dependencies and a pip command for the python modules.

Hi liuqianhn,

I was not aware that this pull request also contained the changes I made to the code since I made those commits afterward. Please make sure the code still works for Python2.7.
