Hi @Karenxzr, congratulations on the fantastic work! We like the SCOTCH pipeline idea very much and would be interested in reproducing similar analyses of our data. Before, however, we would need to test some of the experimental configurations (10x, Parse, IIllumina, ONT, etc.) that you tested in your pre-print.

Is the actual raw data available somewhere?

We had a look at the manuscript and the various GitHub, but we could not find it.|

Hi @caravagn , thanks for your interest. We are currently working on updating SCOTCH and revising the manuscript. We will formally publish our data when the paper is officially accepted. Thank you!
