cannot find hg38 version gerp++elem.txt.gz and cannot download hg19 version gerp++elem.txt.gz any more #105

Hi Dr. Wang,

I need to download the hg38 version gerp++elem database, however, I cannot find it either on UCSC website or on ANNOVAR server. Do you know where I can download such hg38 version gerp++elem ?

Also, I noticed that I cannot download the hg19 version gerp++elem database from ANNOVAR anymore by using the command perl annotate_variation.pl -buildver hg19 -downdb gerp++elem humandb/ while I was able to do so two years ago and this hg19_gerp++elem.txt.gz file is still on the list hg19_avdblist.txt, did you remove it from ANNOVAR server for downloading?

The hg38 version is not available as the original publication only provides hg19/mm9. You can manually do liftOver if you need a hg38 version.

You need to add "-webfrom annovar" in your command for hg19.
