rmsk annotation source cant be downloaded #201

This rmsk annotation source is required by InterVar. However it seems no longer available ?

I tried to download with command: perl annotate_variation.pl --downdb --webfrom annovar -buildver hg19 rmsk ./humandb/ But failed with error message looks like this: image Pls suggest solutions here?

This is a ucsc database, so you need to delete "-webfrom annovar". Also, you may want to update the ANNOVAR version.

Thank you very much! I tried and successfully download the annotation resource. I'll update the ANNOVAR later.
