Replaces ftp-trace.ncbi.nih.gov with ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov as the 1st is no longer active #12

Hi, not too much to say here. The FTP URL is no longer working, I replaced it. I also added a .gitignore. Sorry I forgot to add it in the commit message.

Kind of you to consider. The code in github is actually way out of date. You should download a latest release to make mods on that. Actually, the FTP protocol has been dropped from many of the servers and even some curl implementations. All the URLs are in a spreadsheet note with all changes to https://

I stopped v5 work last summer to get psyched out. But still keep hitting snags on various platforms when trying to release it. This week the classic cygwin64 / Windows ACL issue. Lots of nits fixed.

If you would like to co-work on the app, I can clear out this repository and start with a fresh, current release. I just never utilized it much because no one else was contributing and I never figured out how to make a true release using their scripting mechanism.
