ModuleChangePackage api call => "Sorry, you must specify a user!" #253

Even if “ModuleChangePackage” Require only two params 'action' and 'serviceid', i get this error =>"Sorry, you must specify a user!"

This would appear to be a message from the server/server module you are connecting to. There is no error returned "Sorry, you must specify a user!" in WHMCS.
