This changes the RBR node to publish values from all channels, not just Ctd and DepthPressure messages. It tries to bring this into alignment with the AML node.

This requires configuration of the channels list in the config file. I was going to add this to the example.yaml but I wasn't sure how this file is laid out anymore -- does it go at the top level or under arm_chanos?
