ar61a casts 3-5 need GPS #42

Manually edit header for all casts 3-5 and additionally btl file for C5. Coordinates exist in elog for all casts. Recommended to check those coordinates against our underway coordinates for that timestamp because we coded the GPS from an alternate (also reliable) GPS source on the ship.

2024-07-29 Taylor - edit .hdr cast 3, 4, 5. Add 4 lines: NMEA lat/lon/UTC(Time) and "Store Lat/Lon Data". Got lat/lon from elog and confirmed LTER corrected underway GPS also matches. Used System upload time as NMEAtime. Wasn't sure what to put for store/lat/lon and wasn't sure if it was necessary but just copied to match cast 2 with Append to Every Scan. Made copy of originals and appended name with "_original"
