Hard to tell if the correct information is being retained

This chunk does not actually add any nutrient data, it only replaces metadata that are already present. In order for it to work, we would need to add the missing nutrient data to the samples_lacking_bottle_metadata. Represents only 39 rows compared to 4,527 otherwise in the package.

Added missing nutrient data and renamed file to reflect this. Next step update code to re-integrate to workflow.
