Assign label selection jumps back to the label that matches the class being viewed after every the user hits apply (or
enter) to save a new annotation. It should stay on whatever assign label the user has previously selected. [The new behavior where the default assign label matches the view label at first is good--it should only do that when we first load the class page though.]
