I think the one thing that's missing from this is a clear link back to the main site when you're in the admin area. Looks like the only way to do that at the moment is to click on the "[ ] PHOTIC" label in the header.

In the interest of expediency I'm going to merge this and then open a separate issue for the link back to the main site.
