Add link back to site from admin area #52

Right now the only way back is to click on "photic" in the header. There should also be a navigation control in the admin area to go back to annotating.

@joefutrelle Does "home" work as text for a link? Or can we do something better like "Search", "Filter" or "Annotate"? Obviously something that will describe what that main page does
