libreJS support #13

This commit adds a javascript web labels file which lists the license information of the javascript files used and links to the non minifed version of the files. This is needed for LibreJS compatibility.

Please remember to update the non minified files as well when updating the minified files so that they don't become out of date

The "Expat" license mentioned in the javascript web lables file is what is more commonly known as the MIT license
