Thanks Jake! You should officially join the WICG so your PRs don't get a big red warning :-). Since this was just a minor editorial tweak, I ignored the warning (but I believe substantive contributes require confirmation that you're part of an organization who has agreed to WICG IP policies)...

Argh! It's well known that @jakearchibald is a patent troll! With this submarine inclusion now every event fired will be charged at $0.01... promise rejections will cost $0.02... or $0.03 if wrapped in a try/catch :money_with_wings:.
