Has this incubation stalled? #7

Checking for status of this incubation. There appears to have been little activity in the last few years so wondering if this repository can be archived?

Unless anyone objects, we will archive this in a week or so.

It's not being actively worked on, and we don't have any immediate plans to go after this proposal. I think we can archive for now, and might want to reactivate in the future if/when we start working on it again.
