Given that: 1) trigger context ID can be used to filter invalid traffic on triggers. 2) https://github.com/WICG/attribution-reporting-api/issues/1067 is requesting to be able to filter invalid traffic based on source registration context and it isn’t solved by report verification. 3) there is complexity associated with report verification
It was decided that report verification won’t be enabled in a short term horizon.
