MEETING: Attribution Reporting API calls #80

At TPAC there was some consensus that folks would like more time to discuss this API through the WICG. Let's use this issue for scheduling and planning. I was planning on using the same basic technology to host the meeting (Google Meet), with a shared Google doc for queuing and note taking.

Possible time slots (in GMT) for a recurring / semi-recurring 30-60 minute meeting:

Unfortunately the list of interested people was not captured in the TPAC notes, so feel free to cc folks that you think would be interested. We can use this issue to align on a time slot, duration, etc. @benjaminsavage, @kdeqc, @ajknox, @johnivdel, @michaelkleber, @johnwilander, @maudnals, @dialtone, @BasileLeparmentier, @bslassey, @erik-anderson

The time is 8-9am PT, which is documented in the OP here. I just added it also to the notes doc.

Given 2/21 is a US Holiday, and we do not have any agenda items, I propose cancelling the 2/21 meeting and holding the next meeting on 3/7 as expected.

@johnivdel @maudnals is there a meeting tomorrow? I don't see anything on the agenda yet.

We have a few items on the agenda, so I think we should hold the meeting (although it may be brief).

We had an issue with permissions on the agenda doc which was just recently resolved. If anyone had attempted to add an agenda item, you should be able to do so now.

We currently have no agenda items slated for todays(4/18/2022) meeting. I propose we cancel this meeting and convene again on 05/02/2022

Given there is no agenda topics for tomorrow, I elect that we cancel. Given that today is a US holiday, I think we should reschedule this meeting. Sorry I totally missed this. I think we should find another time this week or next.

There were some formatting issues in the agenda document that have been addressed.

For the 8/8 meeting, I have also added an overview of revisions to the app to web explainer to the agenda (https://github.com/WICG/attribution-reporting-api/blob/main/app_to_web.md).

Thanks for catching that! In that case, let's reschedule for September 19th. That is nearly a month from now. If we do have topics, we could consider holding a one off at some point before then, but we can cross that bridge if we get there.

We forgot to discuss today our meeting cadence over the holiday season. I think the only scheduled meeting that we should cancel is Dec 26. That is, our schedule will look like:

Hi, I have one small issue - reported here. Since it is a blocker to test Private Aggregation API with Aggregated Service I would really appreciate to discuss it on the meet or offline (whatever you prefer).

Hey @michal-kalisz I think that issue is more relevant to the Private Aggregation API than ARA, so I don't think this meeting venue is most appropriate. I'll follow-up on the issue you filed though.

Given that many of us are going to be travelling for the PATCG face to face next week, I propose we cancel next week's meeting. We don't have too much on the agenda right now - I hope to have an update on the permission system soon.

@csharrison Not sure if I can make it. We have an internal event, which I am not sure I can go without. Regarding #693, we are working internally on the use case and the solution. Overall it might be more a Privacy Sandbox topic than a pure ARA one. So I have not much to share here, sorry for this. P.S Sorry for sending this so late, I had forgotten to click on comment...
