Would it not be useful and more desirable for a user to be able to turn BackgroundSync on/of per real/domain/web-site?
For example, facebook.com and myoffice.com are fine but not for dodgysales.com?
Sure, you can swipe down and turn off Location, WiFi, Orientation, and (maybe in the future) Background Sync but given plenty of battery power, CPU, and Memory don't I still want to prohibit marketeers.com?
