Turn on "Assume Explicit For", fix some links

• Turn on Bikeshed's "Assume Explicit For" option.
• Capture settings in a variable in method algorithms to avoid duplication.
• Use relevant instead of current settings object (more correct, I think?
• Make API base URL and creation URL links appropriately scoped
• Trust Bikeshed to link plurals
• Use iteration scope where appropriate
