Hello! Looking at the specification I couldn't find definitive answers to the following questions regarding the CookieChangeEvent:

Can a CookieChangeEvent changed array contain multiple CookieListItem of the same cookie (cookie with the same name)?
Can a CookieChangeEvent have a CookieListItem of the same cookie in both the changes and the deleted arrays?
