Playbilling api is not avaialble for PWA after origin trial expired ?

The Digital Goods API is now shipped on ChromeOS and Android so you no longer need an origin trial to use it. You do still need to have an installed TWA accessed over HTTPS with correct setup. See instructions here and also take a look at #42 to see if you have the same issue.
