Drop [NoInterfaceObject], add FileSystem prefix to interfaces #8

Drop [NoInterfaceObject] on interfaces and rename:

Also renames the concept type "filesystem" to "file system" to disambiguate by more than case from the IDL type.

(I don't know whether some tool makes some newline changes. Would be nice to keep those minimum to create smaller patches)
