Hey everyone, I'm very curious about this project as I'm currently building a project that these massive changes to the web may allow us to implement in a forward thinking manner. To give a bit of background, I'm a partnerships professional building a tool for cookie-less intent analytics with @niktek. We've been exploring different implementation options with the understanding that cookies are on their way out, and we want to get ahead of that as much as possible. Our platform will essentially function in a unique way in that organizations will create partnerships in the UI and receive relevant events across their partnered domains.
So for example, imagine Hooli had a domain at hooli.com, and partnered with Brazzers. Brazzers has a site at brazzers.com and once the partnership is established, Hooli will begin receiving intent events from Brazzers contacts, with identification still staying anonymous until a conversion event such as a form fill occurs. The analytics will be powered mostly by Segments analytics.js library.
So my question is, can an unlimited amount of service sites be added if a company is getting consent from their visitors? Because for us to go this route, our users would likely be getting full consent anyways, but the limit of 5 for related sites is not at all enough, especially when some companies have over 500 partners.
