thanks @reillyeon for adding the additional links back to the permission and rechecking everything. I added a couple of more little links back to "granted" and "denied" in the permission spec. There are probably a couple of little more that could be linked, but can leave those for when you next do an editorial pass.

Thanks again @domenic for the guidance on task queuing + promises. Will work with @miketaylr on the checking other specs following this one 🙏.

Best of luck with the incubation process on with this spec! Just ping if there is anything else left for me to do.
