fix typos, clarify language #222

Hi!

I was reading the import-maps spec and came across a few typos and opportunities to improve the language, so I decided to open a PR. I believe I've satisfied the W3C CLA requirements.

Let me know if there are any additional changes I need to make here 😄

Thanks for this. Since I'm not sure how to defeat the IPR bot checker either, I'll incorporate this into a commit of my own.
