@edg2s thanks -- sorry we didn't see these! To merge this you need to join the Web Platform Incubator Community Group so that the IPR is ok.. Could you do that?

I've just marked this as non-substantive because it is very clearly an error in implementation, there is no IP here - the IP is in the HTML standard itself to which this is currently not conforming to.
