Remove Worker and persistentAccess option and other tidying

• The "persistentAccess" option is removed, in favor of implicit query
• Removed Worker support, since permission checks are bound to Windows
• Remove unneeded async iterator anchor defs
• Remove unneeded Map/record anchor defs
• Fixed example with "select" option
• Added transient activation check
• Added policy check
