Peer attributes & filtering #15

We may want to consider granular filtering of peers. For example:

Peers playing the same game.
Peers using a specific connection type (Wifi-direct vs LAN).

The goal is to help guide a user to pick peers by avoiding presenting them with a potentially long list of options.

Since we don't define a specific "local communication medium", it may be helpful to provide filtering/hints to what communication medium is to be used.
