Great updates, thanks @anssiko for the high level vision and the tunings. In China, more users are using WeChat to share files rather than email now, but i have no plan to add this as the fourth way. :)

Thanks! I think the fact that people (mis)use email (or a chat service such as WeChat!) for file transfer to nearby devices is a testament no better options have been made available to them. They use what they know.

A regular users may not even understand that the file will be brokered by a centralized cloud service when using such services.

A Local Peer-to-Peer API would provide a much better user experience to these users :-)
