Should we update the README to point readers to WICG/identity-credential instead? #14

Since we copied the contents of this repo into the identity-credentials repo, can we update the README of this repo to point readers to the identity-credentials repo so that we don't have two copies of the same content in two different places?

Are we actually going to be using this as a separate spec still? If not, it's probably worth archiving the repo as well as updating the readme

Can we remove the original text since it is already available in the other repo? Otherwise, we'll either have to maintain two duplicate copies and keep them in sync, or readers are going to be reading the outdated version.
